Reel-er-in BAITS™ offers handcrafted soft-plastic fishing baits. Slight variations in color, glitter, and appearance may occur between production batches.
We strive to provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability. Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies provide additional information about physical product purchases.
Reel-er-in GO and Lure Lab are designed to help users organize fishing information, bait recipes, photographs, and related records.
Users are responsible for the information they enter and for maintaining backups of important records.
Our applications are provided for informational and recordkeeping purposes. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
Users retain ownership of their original fishing records, photographs, bait recipes, color formulas, and other content they create.
Using our applications does not transfer ownership of that content to Reel-er-in LLC.
Users are responsible for following fishing regulations and making their own decisions regarding weather, ice conditions, boating, fishing, and outdoor safety.
Information provided by our applications does not replace official regulations, safety guidance, or personal judgment.
If paid app features or subscriptions are introduced, pricing, renewal terms, cancellations, and refund conditions will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Purchases through Apple or Google may also be subject to their respective platform terms.
Reel-er-in names, logos, product photographs, website content, and application materials are owned by Reel-er-in LLC or their respective rights holders.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited except as permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Reel-er-in LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of its website, products, or applications.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We stand behind our handcrafted Reel-er-in BAITS™ products and want you to be happy with every order.
Returns: Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any items.
Opened or Used Baits: We cannot accept returns of opened or used soft-plastic baits for a change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping on voluntary returns. We cover reasonable return shipping costs when an item is defective or we made an error, if a return is necessary.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned merchandise is received and inspected, when applicable. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable on voluntary returns.
Handcrafted Products: Minor variations in color, glitter, and appearance are normal with handcrafted fishing baits.
